Nathaly De Castro

Hey there, Nice to meet you! I'm Nathaly De Castro, a visual designer, born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, based in Austin, TX.

For nearly 7 years I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with amazing clients designing brand identities, marketing collaterals, web layouts and so much more. Since contributing my creative sweat for both Marketing Agency and in-house design team in Rio - I’ve expanded my portfolio abroad designing coast to coast for clients in Washington D.C to San Francisco and have now settled in the heart of Austin, Texas. 

I graduated in Graphic design\Visual Communication at Puc-Rio, in Rio de Janeiro, where I learned more than just using design software, I was taught how to think strategically and design empathetically.

To Design, I allied psychology, anthropology, and semiotics to better understand people's behavior and perceptions. I have carried these learnings into every project, developing well-structured concepts and thoughtful design solutions in always having the user experience in mind.  

When I’m not in the weeds of Graphic Design I’m diving into the world of UX Design, a field that I have a fascination with. I believe that Design is a powerful tool, and that's why I'm passionate about it. With design, we can create change, have a positive impact, and make services and experiences better. It's about making someone's life better, and there's nothing more rewarding than that.
